For over three decades, I've been self-employed and running successful salons — Hair by Easter is my ninth venture. If there is one thing I've learned in 30 years, it's that great hair is only half the equation. The other half is how you feel while you're sitting in my chair.
I'm a people person through and through. I pride myself on being an active listener and creating an environment where you can completely relax. I love to play with new ideas and challenge my clients to try fresh, modern updates rather than sticking to the same old routine. Trends change with the seasons, and your hair should too.
Alongside styling, I'm a Reiki Master and a licensed Shiatsu practitioner — which is why every visit can include a 15-minute Japanese head, neck and shoulder massage if you'd like one. It's the kind of personal touch a boutique salon is built for.

Tucked along Bank Street, Hair by Easter is intentionally small. One stylist, one client at a time — the way styling used to be before chain salons turned chairs into conveyor belts.
It's also where the unusual extras live: a massage chair for Shiatsu add-ons, a wig and extension station for theater and supportive fittings, and a curated wall of professional products from Amika, L'ANZA, American Crew and Nioxin.
